About us

A consultancy that has seen ERP from both sides: the people who build it, and the people who have to run it.

We know ERP from both sides.

15 years on the inside. 10 years in consulting.

Invenire's experience comes from over twenty-five in the ERP world — first inside a major oil, gas and petrochemical multinational, then in consulting.

Those years were spent on complex projects across ERP, mergers and acquisitions, logistics and procurement, with responsibility for project management and change management.

That dual perspective still shapes how we work today: knowing the technology matters, but understanding what it takes to govern it from inside the business matters more.

That experience lets us see a project from both sides: the side that has to build the solution and — above all — the side that will have to govern and use it.

Where the project actually has to work.

An ERP is not just a set of modules and features. It is a project involving people, processes, organization, vendors, and decisions that can carry real consequences for the business.

Having worked inside a large organization, we look at a project not only from the standpoint of the solution to be implemented, but from that of the company that will have to live with it every day.

ERP, mergers and acquisitions, logistics, and procurement are different domains, but they share one constant: technology earns its place by serving the business.

How we work

We build or we oversee

On Odoo we deliver directly, with our own technical resources. On large ERPs we lead the project and coordinate the parties implementing it.

Either way, you have one counterpart who takes responsibility for their own scope.

We stay after go-live

An ERP does not end when it goes into production: that is when the real adjustments begin. Ongoing support is not an add-on service — it is the part of the job where the system becomes yours.

We start from your processes

Before talking about modules and configuration, we want to understand how you actually work. That is the only way to tell apart what is worth keeping, what can be improved, and what genuinely belongs in the software.

Small by design

Invenire is independent and deliberately lean.

A deliberately small team, with functional, technical, and project skills involved directly in the work.

For more complex initiatives, we bring in consultants and specialists selected against the specific requirements.

No oversized structure to maintain — the right expertise, when it is needed.
