Services
Two ways to engage. One principle: start from the problem.
Odoo: from analysis to code
Implementation
From process analysis to go-live: solution design, configuration, training, and the first real day of work on the new system.
Customization and development
When standard genuinely falls short: integrations, automations, targeted development, and custom reporting.
Migration
From legacy systems or from older Odoo versions, with historical data cleansing and testing before the switch.
Ongoing support
A monthly agreement covering assistance and enhancements. The system stays in the hands of the people who built it.
Enterprise ERP: project governance
On SAP and other enterprise ERPs our scope is project-level and functional. We are not the system integrator, and we do not replace one: we oversee the project on behalf of the organization commissioning it. Our goal is not to complete the implementation. It is to make sure the project delivers what the business set out to achieve.
Project management
Planning, progress control, risk management. A single point of accountability reporting to company management, not to the vendor.
Process analysis and design
Requirements gathering and as-is / to-be process mapping. We validate the functional specifications produced by the implementation partner.
Vendor coordination
The interface with system integrators and external consultants. We verify that what is delivered matches what was asked for.
S/4HANA migration support
Direct experience with ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA programs in multinational groups: program setup, change management, cutover oversight.
Who does what
We state our scope explicitly, because knowing in advance where our contribution ends prevents costly misunderstandings halfway through a project. Same approach, two different scopes.

Web portals
When the website and the ERP are the same system, data stops being copied back and forth. A catalog that updates from inventory. A customer area showing real orders, documents, and due dates. A supplier portal connected to accounts payable. Not integrations to build and maintain, but a single database.
We also build corporate websites and portals on Odoo, and maintain them over time. We work with the main CMS platforms as well, when a project does not call for ERP integration.
Document management · Customer areas · Supplier portals · E-commerce · ERP integration

Not sure which of the two paths you need?
That is the right question to be asking, and it is where we prefer to start. Tell us about your situation and we will tell you what makes sense to do — including when the answer does not involve us.
