Odoo: from analysis to code
One counterpart, from business requirements to technical solution.
We run every phase of the project in-house, from process analysis to development, from data migration to post go-live support.
Our strength is having functional and technical expertise under one roof.
There are no handovers between the person who analyzes and the person who develops, and no issues bouncing from one consultant to the next.
Implementation · Customization and development · Data migration · Monthly support

Enterprise ERP: on the client's side
On SAP and other enterprise ERPs our role is different: we do not sell the software and we are not the system integrator.
We work alongside the organization commissioning the project and oversee its functional and project dimensions.
We gather and govern requirements, support process design, monitor timelines and progress, coordinate vendors, and guide the organization through the change.
Our goal is simple: to make sure the project answers the needs of the business, rather than the business adapting itself to the project.
We have direct experience on complex projects, including SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA migration programs for multinational groups in the oil, gas and petrochemical sector.
Our work covers:
Project management and PMO · Requirements analysis and governance · Process design and review · Vendor coordination
· Progress control · S/4HANA migration support · Change management
Portals and websites on Odoo
When the website and the ERP share the same data, there is no longer anything to copy from one system to the other.
Catalogs, customer areas, supplier portals: everything reads from and writes to the same database, with no integrations to build and maintain.
Not a website connected to the ERP. A single ecosystem.

Industry experience
Oil & gas, petrochemicals and lubricants
In oil, gas, petrochemicals, and lubricants, an ERP has to handle processes that cannot be improvised.
Formulation, blending, batch management, quality, traceability, regulatory compliance, and excise duties all call for concrete knowledge of how the business and the plant really run.
We do not start from the software manual. We start from what actually happens on the shop floor.
Universities and schools
Education has specific needs, with administrative, financial, and organizational processes that call for solutions built around the people who use them.
Course structures, study plans, student and faculty records, classroom and event management: we know the academic side, where the system meets the people. On the administrative and financial side, we work with standard Odoo.
Technology and processes should fit the institution as it is.
Whoever leads the project should not be the one selling the software.
An ERP is a business transformation project, not simply a software installation.
That is why we believe decision-makers should be able to rely on a counterpart who understands the processes, the technology, and above all the interests of the business.
Are you evaluating a new ERP?
Have you already started a project and need more control over it?
Or do you need someone to bridge the gap between the business, the consultants, and the vendors?
