Data Controller

Invenire Srl

Viale Giorgio Ribotta 11 — 00144 Rome - Italy

VAT no: 17869981005

Email: info@invenire.it

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as the conditions set out in Article 37 GDPR do not apply.

Data collected

Through the contact form on the Contact page we collect: name, email address, telephone number, company, subject and content of the request.

The site also collects the browsing data that internet communication protocols transmit implicitly (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request), used solely to ensure the operation and security of the site.

Purposes and legal basis

Data entered in the form is processed in order to respond to the request and for any subsequent contact. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the confirmation checkbox in the form, as well as the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Browsing data is processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Nature of the provision of data

Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary in order to act on the request: without it, no reply is possible. Providing the other data is optional.

Retention period

Data collected through the form is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, thereafter, for 12 months, unless a contractual relationship arises, in which case the retention periods laid down by civil and tax law apply.

Browsing data is retained for a maximum of 12 months.

Recipients

Data is not disseminated or disclosed to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

It may be accessed, as data processors appointed pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, by the technical service providers engaged by the Controller:

OVH SAS, for the management of the server infrastructure hosting the site

Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, for corporate email services (Microsoft 365)

Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by a legal obligation.

Transfers outside the EU

Data is processed on infrastructure located within the European Union. Where a provider carries out processing outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place on the basis of adequacy decisions of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing. Where processing is based on consent, this may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Requests should be sent to privacy@invenire.it.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies, necessary for its operation and for managing the browsing session and language preferences. No profiling cookies or third-party statistical analysis tools are used. Technical cookies do not require the user's prior consent.
